By 'brand new' we mean it literally. This beautiful chalet is luxurious and finished to perfection with the best materials, but a cozy and warm atmosphere has been retained. This house is located in the middle of a wooded area and is located on a viewpoint where you can see for miles, allowing you to drown in the beauty of the landscape.
This brand new chalet made with authentic materials is equipped for max. 12 people and is perfect for those who are looking for that little bit extra during a holiday.
This chalet has 5 bedrooms: 4 bedrooms with a double kingsize bed and 1 bedroom with 2 x 2 loft beds. In addition, this house has 3 bathrooms and 4 separate toilets. The kitchen is also super luxuriously finished and equipped with the most modern appliances including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators and has all the tools such as a mixer, kettle, Senseo and Nespresso machine, coffee maker, toaster, croque monsieur machine, gourmet appliance. Washing machine and vacuum cleaner are also all present.
In the large and cozy relaxation room you can find: TV, numerous books, children's corner with toys. (wifi available) The house is heated by a full underfloor heating. Parking is certainly no problem. The house has a large driveway and a garage for a maximum of 3 cars. Electric charging is provided.
The location also perfect. This chalet is located 7km from the center of Durbuy, 350m from Golf de Durbuy, and 5km from Adventures de Durbuy. Shops such as a bakery, Delhaize, Spar, GB, Aldi, Action, Bel & Bo, pharmacy are within a 5-minute drive. There are also many top restaurants nearby where you can dine and enjoy the beautiful moments together.
